    Check out the volunteers of "Running Free" as they chat with Ralph Hipp Thursday, March 12 at 4:00 p.m. on WIBW TV13! Ann Byington, a Topeka resident who has a guide dog from KSDS, Inc., will be on hand to share her story as well.
